Bindu G P is the Founder of SiSha, a people-first HR consulting firm built on the belief that organisations thrive when they put people before power.
With over 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Bindu has partnered with organisations across diverse industries, leading initiatives in Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP), Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Organisational Development. Throughout her career, she has supported business leaders and employees in creating workplaces where people can perform, grow, and succeed.
Her journey inspired the creation of SiSha. Having witnessed both the strengths and challenges of modern workplaces, she envisioned a consulting firm that goes beyond HR processes to build cultures rooted in trust, empathy, fairness, and accountability.
